Culture First, Always
Technology serves the story, never the other way around. Every feature we ship must make a place, object, or tradition feel closer to the visitor.
About Us
Pulsar Journey Media began with a simple frustration: standing in front of a masterpiece with nothing but a faded placard, while the story behind it went untold. We believed the phone already in every visitor's pocket could become the best guide a museum ever had.
Today our studio builds location-aware audio guides, curated heritage routes, and virtual museum tours for travelers, culture enthusiasts, and heritage institutions across the UK and beyond — pairing deep respect for preservation with modern mobile craft.

Our Passion
Every artifact, facade, and folk tale carries a voice that risks going quiet. We work alongside conservators, archivists, and community historians to capture those voices in high-fidelity audio, rich media, and durable digital formats — so preservation isn't just storage, it's a living experience passed to the next generation of explorers.
That belief shapes our operational values: we publish openly about our methods, hand content ownership to institutions, and design every experience to remain accessible to visitors of all abilities, languages, and devices.
How We Operate
Four commitments that guide every project, from a single gallery audio tour to a nationwide heritage trail.
Technology serves the story, never the other way around. Every feature we ship must make a place, object, or tradition feel closer to the visitor.
We treat narration, pacing, and language with editorial rigor — working with curators, historians, and writers so every route reads like it was written for you.
Offline-first architecture, accessibility standards, and privacy-by-design aren't add-ons. They're the foundation every Pulsar app is built on.
We embed with museum and heritage teams, transferring knowledge and content control so institutions own their digital voice long after launch.
